I have been in the real estate industry for 25+ years.  I started in the mortgage industry, and transitioned into a full time Realtor in the early 2000's.  Having a sound understanding of the mortgage industry, is a must to be a successful Realtor.   I market homes in the local community by utilizing a proven successful marketing plan.  I help generate sales of properties through advertisement, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.  In addition, I review, research, and identify the best possible price and terms for each client’s contract. I coordinate with home inspectors, builders, title companies, lenders, and appraisers to determine any and all actions needed to successfully close the transaction. This is critical in ensuring that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing.   I also have an SFR designation as a short sale and foreclosure specialist.  Additionally, I worked as an asset manager contracted to Freddie Mac REO's, so I have an excellent understanding of the negotiating process when it comes to foreclosures.  I am well respected and trusted by clients and peers, and strive to give honest and sound customer service.
